Terms of use

These terms govern your use of P80, a web service for forecasting and tracking data hall fit-out ("the Service"), operated by P80 Technology ("we"). By creating an account you accept them.

1. Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you use P80 for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

2. Early access

P80 is in early release. Features may change, and features marked "Roadmap" are planned, not promised. We may suspend or end the Free plan with reasonable notice.

3. Your data

You keep all rights in the data you enter. You give us only the permission needed to store and process it to run the Service for you. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models. On the Free plan your hall data stays in your browser, so clearing your browser storage deletes it: export it to CSV if you need a copy.

4. Forecasts are estimates

P80 produces probabilistic estimates from the information you enter. They are decision support, not a guarantee of any date, cost or outcome. You remain responsible for your project decisions, commitments to clients and tenants, safety, and compliance on site.

5. AI assistant

The assistant uses an AI provider you choose with your own API key. Your use of that provider is governed by its terms, and you pay it directly. AI output can be wrong; P80 checks suggested plan changes with its scheduler, but you decide what to apply.

6. Paid plans

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe, plus applicable taxes. You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid period and is not refunded pro rata, except where the law requires. Pilot terms are agreed in writing separately.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to break its security, access other users' data, overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. Do not enter data you are not allowed to share, such as information your client has classified as confidential, unless your agreement with them permits it.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, rent or delay costs, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Italy. Courts of Turin (Torino) have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules.
